In a recent mailing sent to many of your homes, my opponent attempted to misrepresent the truth by attacking many of my friends, supporters and family members. While there are many issues that we should be discussing as we near Election Day, I feel that I should stand up not only for myself, but also for my friends and loved ones. (Read Amy’s response)
I appreciate you taking the time to allow me to clarify this issue. However, now is the time to continue our conversation on the issues that matter:
- Restoring Medicaid to the more than 100,000 Missourians cut off by Governor Blunt;
- Ensuring that Missouri schools work for ALL our children;
- Working to make Missouri a leader in environmental issues and;
- Ensuring that seniors are able retire with dignity and respect.
